Application for Degree

Year IV Students are NOT required to apply for Graduation/Degree Conferral with the Office of Enrollment Management.  Degree Conferral is an automatic process once course requirements are met and grades are received.  Any questions, please contact Enrollment Management at records@med.wayne.edu .

Diplomas

All graduating seniors will receive a Standard Wayne State University Diploma.  Students have the OPTION to order a Large Format Diploma for a fee.

Official Name on Diplomas

All Diplomas will be printed with your Legal Name on file with the University and will include Middle Name/Middle Initial if on file.  If updates need to be made to your Legal Name, please follow the Name Change Process Name and Address Change Online form .  Any questions, please contact Enrollment Management at records@med.wayne.edu .
