Important Dates: 

• February 15 – Rotations are visible. 

• March 1 – Applications accepted. 

• March 20 – Notifications for May courses begin. 

• Rotations Months: May 2025 to March 2026

General Information: 

• Rotation Duration: 4 weeks. 

• Rotation Schedule: Start on the first of the month, end on the last day. No special arrangements. 

• Rotation Limit: Students are limited to two rotations. 

• Housing: Not provided. 

• Eligibility: Only for US VSLO students. 

• Application Deadline: At least 70 days prior to the start of a rotation. 

• Contact Policy: Contacting coordinators or faculty about slot availability are discouraged.

• Notifications: Notification emails will be sent at least 60 days before the rotation start date. 

• Deposit: Non-refundable $125.00 deposit required within two weeks of acceptance. A link and email will be sent to you. The fee cannot be waived for any schools.

• If you drop an accepted offer: Email records@med.wayne.edu. (Note: The processing fee is Non-Refundable)

• Curriculum Vitae/Resume (PDF) 

• Immunization Form (AAMC form) 

• Medical Liability/Malpractice Insurance: $1,000,000 per instance, $3,000,000 aggregate. 

• Background Check: Required for 4th-year students from March 2024. 

• Mask Fit Test: Signed document. 

• Letter of Good Standing 

• Current OSHA Certification 

• Current ACLS Certification 

• Current BLS Certification 

• MD4 Standing
